About us:

The Maintenance Co-ordinator role:

This is a full time role based within the busy rental department liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors face-to-face, on the telephone and by email to report, organise and follow up on maintenance issues.

You will be required to work one in four Saturdays with this time to then be taken in lieu.

The position requires someone who is organised, motivated, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Computer literacy is required with knowledge of CFP software being an advantage.
